Edward, ok ba?: Sharifah's Birthday Party!!

I just had my Canon EOS 1100D kit last January 18, 2013. During the past, I always thought that having a DSLR camera is a luxury and I never imagined that I will have one! So far, I'm enjoying using it but I barely practice shooting since I am in the teaching profession and only have the weekends to shoot but it depends on the demands of the school.

So I wrote this blog to share my first ever birthday cover. I was bargained by my co-teacher to shoot on the birthday of her student's sibling. At first, I was really ashamed since I only have the camera for less than a week and I don't have any equipment except for a nifty fifty! Oh my God. But I have to take the challenge since there is no turning back by that time. I just acted as a professional photographer since no one will recognize me except for some parents and my fellow teachers. And by my surprise, the family gave me PHP 2,000! Yes! Two Thousand Pesosesoses!! Too much for a one week amateur I guess. Anyway, it was my chance to buy accessories like lcd cloth, air blower, brush and a UV filter for my nifty fifty. It is so tiring but I enjoyed shooting those precious moments during the party. Here are some pictures I had. ENJOY!!
